Below are all the terms and conditions of business for the “Telmo web shop” or also “Telmo online store” which is owned by the company ESP d.o.o. (hereinafter also referred to as the “web shop operator,” “operator,” or “seller”). These terms are compiled in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. Users of the Telmo web shop (hereinafter also referred to as the “user” or “customer”) can find below all the necessary information they need when shopping (hereinafter also referred to as “concluding a contract”).

Terms of business

All prices in the online store are listed in euros (€) and are shown without VAT and with VAT. When a product is marked as “in stock,” it means that it is available in one of our warehouses. If you are company with VAT number (VIES validated), you can add VAT number in “Order note” field in last step of purchace and select payment via “Direct bank transfer”, and we’ll send you invoice without VAT costs.

By registering in the online store, the user agrees to all the terms of business outlined on the site. The entire purchasing process is conducted in English, including all content and terms of business. The terms of business of the online store are always available for review by the user.

The prices published in the online store apply to orders placed directly through the online store.

Payment methods and invoice delivery

Payment can be made via pro forma invoice, PayPal account, or by credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express). Card payments are processed through the Stripe platform.

In order to optimize the process, the original invoice is included in the package (in case of postal delivery), or only the delivery note is enclosed and the invoice is sent to the provided email address. If the user explicitly requests a PDF version of the invoice, it will be sent to their email address. In this case, the user should add a note when placing the order or notify us later via email.

For all companies with an agreed-upon digital invoicing arrangement (e-invoice or invoice issued in PDF format), only a digital invoice will be issued (no printed copy), and only the delivery note will be enclosed in the package.

Delivery options

Delivery to the customer’s address is available through our delivery partners DHL or Post of Slovenia.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. For smaller orders (under €20 net), a small order processing fee of €4 (net) is automatically added (we reserve the right to charge this fee for orders placed via email or telephone as well). Delivery is only possible to addresses within the territory of the European Union (EU), excluding Slovenia. For delivery within Slovenia, please place your order on the Slovenian site telmo.si.

Delivery time

The delivery time for items from the online store is usually between 2 to 5 working days, provided the item is in stock at one of our warehouses. If the delivery time is different, this will be clearly indicated next to the product. For an exact delivery estimate, please contact us at info@telmo-shop.com and provide the exact product type (preferably the product code or link) and the quantity you wish to order. We will provide you with the exact delivery time as soon as possible.

If the item is not in stock, the delivery time can vary significantly (depending on the current stage of supply), so please contact us at info@telmo-shop.com for more information.

User registration

Users can register/create an account via the online form on this site. The online store operator commits to handling the provided data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Communications Act, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By placing an order through the Telmo online store, each user agrees to our Privacy Policy.

We use your data solely for the purpose of efficiently managing the online store. If the user agrees, we may also notify them via the provided email address about news and discounts in our store. To ensure your data is securely stored, we (ESP d.o.o.) have implemented appropriate technical measures. Of course, users may also submit their data via other means (e.g., email, phone, etc.).

Ordering / contract conclusion

Orders can be placed with or without user account registration or by logging into an existing account. The modern and constantly updated e-commerce system minimizes the likelihood of errors during the purchasing process. Regardless of the ordering method (with or without an account), users receive all order details via email and can always review their order. Users with a registered account can access their order details anytime via their account. We reserve the right to cancel orders from the online store if they cannot be fulfilled for specific reasons. In such cases, the customer will be informed of the reason for the cancellation. If the product was already paid for, the full payment amount will be refunded.

Possible reasons include:

  • Between the time the user added the product to the cart and completed the purchase, someone else placed an order, reducing available stock.

  • An inventory count error.

The store operator may also cancel the order due to non-payment (in the case of prepayment via bank transfer) within the specified period of 12 days from the order date, or as otherwise stated.

User rights

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. In this case, the user must return the goods undamaged within 14 days from the withdrawal.

To withdraw from the contract, the user must notify the seller via email. The seller will then send a form that the user must complete and send to info@telmo-shop.com within 14 days of receiving the form. The withdrawal becomes valid once the completed form and undamaged goods are returned within the specified deadlines. The user will be refunded the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 working days of submitting the form or returning the goods.

All textual and graphic content (images, icons, logos, etc.) of the online store is the property of ESP d.o.o., the product manufacturer, or supplier, and may not be copied without permission, regardless of the intended use.

Additional charges

For orders under €20 (net), a small order processing fee of €4 (net) will be charged. The store operator reserves the right to charge this fee under the same conditions for orders placed via phone or email.

Products on sale (discounted items) represent a special category of items in the online store. These are products priced lower than the regular selling price. The discounted price is valid until stock runs out and is not tied to a specific date. The seller reserves the right to remove a product from the sale category, even if it is still in stock (e.g., due to new stock arriving before the old one is sold out).

In the case of coupons, they apply to a specific product category, group of categories, or the entire online store. A coupon may be valid for a single item, multiple selected items, or an unlimited number of items, depending on the coupon type. Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts. If a product is already discounted, the coupon cannot be applied. Coupons are only valid in the Telmo online store and cannot be redeemed elsewhere, including in physical locations.
